Missy
is our Customer Service Manager at Custom Tailored Systems. Her background,
prior to coming to our firm, included Business Development Management,
Consulting Management, Recruiting, Analysis, and System Integration. She has
experience working with various sizes of organizations including the world’s
largest software firm. Prior to her tenure with Custom Tailored Systems, she
has been involved with or led system installations and conversions.
Missy has assisted network installation by configuring software and
cloning workstations, therefore reducing overall installation time. These
time savings were passed on to our customers in terms of lower cost.
Missy’s strengths are evident as she trains professionals, including
Executive Level Management through Data Entry professionals. She assists
with the uncomfortable transition that occurs when systems are changed. Her
unique ability to understand various user needs has helped make these
transitions easier for our clients. A recent project entailed a conversion
from an MS-DOS® based system to WINDOWS95®, at a
major law firm in Chicago. Missy tailored WINDOWS95® and
WordPerfect® Suite 8 training programs to specific groups,
varying from the novice user, to the experienced macro levels of their data
entry professionals. Missy also has training experience, with Dragon
Naturally Speaking™, a voice recognition package bundled with WordPerfect®
Suite 8 Legal Edition. She has trained clients in Network Operations,
including Windows 95 and 98, network based faxing, E-mail, GroupWise, and
WordPerfect.
Missy is degreed in both Computer Science and Business Administration.
She exhibited leadership in the Computer Science arena as founding President
of the IUSB Association of Computing Machinery (ACM) and was inducted into
multiple honor societies. Missy continues to lead today by training
professionals of all types how to comfortably embrace technology.
"My first job is to listen, understand and then show our clients how
to make their computer network maximize their productivity and increase
their profit margin." |
