Maria is an associate of Custom Tailored Systems, a Chicago based corporation specializing in networking, custom applications, and applications integration. Maria has over ten years experience in the computing industry and technical writing, with specialties in technical documentation, business process redesign and documentation, training and quick reference guides. She works with a variety of word processing, presentation, drawing, and spreadsheet software packages.
Maria has written extensive computer system documentation, process documentation, and has helped her customers define and re-design their business processes, resulting in the integration of improved computer systems. She has implemented and supported several large computing systems and has extensive experience with integrating several applications into one seamless business process. Maria's technical expertise includes Windows 95, Windows 3.1, Windows NT, Netware, and the IBM Mainframe environment, including IMS, MVS, CICS, and VM. She is a certified Netware LAN Administrator.
Maria's leadership experience includes project management responsibilities for several large efforts, including cross functional teams of more than fifteen professionals, where she has been responsible for resource management, load leveling, and project success.
